Do we have health disclosure forms or showing protocols we can attach to our listings?

Yes.  While we strongly encourage all showing appointments be conducted virtually we do recognize that there may be times when an in-person showing is deemed absolutely necessary.  

We have created a Health Disclosure Declaration form that must be filled out by the Buyer Sales Represenative and their clients prior to any in-person showings being confirmed on a property.  This form is also accompanied by a Showing Protocol form that details our expectations of the precautions that need to be taken during an in-person showing. 

These forms will be managed by our front desk staff during office hours and will be managed by the listing agents when the answering service is taking the calls.
