Rosalind Menary recently celebrated her 44th year of service in the real estate industry.  She enjoyed a successful career in real estate sales and management for 18 years before she decided to combine her passion for the industry and her unique set of skills to open her own Brokerage.  For over 25 years now Rosalind has been sharing her experience, knowledge and expertise with her family of REALTORS®.

Rosalind’s reputation for being a fair, supportive, encouraging and savvy Broker of Record is part of the reason why Sutton Group-Heritage has consistently been one of the largest and most successful real estate brokerages in the GTA.

She is well known and respected in the industry, having served multiple terms on TREB’s Board of Directors and having chaired several TREB Committees.  She believes in the importance of giving back to the profession and feels privileged to have been able to serve the collective membership

Giving back is one the cornerstones of Rosalind’s vision for Sutton Group-Heritage.  “We are so fortunate to be able to do what we do, and it wouldn’t be possible without the support of our friends and neighbours.  With that in mind it has always been incredibly important to me that our company and our agents contribute in a meaningful way to the communities where we work and live.”  In 2017 alone, the SGH family raised over $25,000 for local charities and community organizations.

Over the last 25 years, Laura Marks has built a reputation as being one of the most well-respected professionals in our industry.  Her integrity, sincerity and warmth have made her exceptional in her role as Manager of our York Region offices. 

Laura has a true passion for helping our REALTORS�® succeed.  She is known to spend long hours in the office ensuring every agent who comes through the door has a listening ear and a wealth of knowledge accessible to them.  It is her mission to ensure her agents achieve their goals and provide incredible service along the way.
